Gwen - UBF Round 5 - Shadow of the Tyranitar

Page one of three for the UBF's round 5!

The prompt for this round was to create three, game-like "screen-shots". Like most, I didn't make my own engine, and decided to base by screen shots on three games that I thought suited the role.

This one in particular is based off of Ico's Shadow of the Colossus. This is my most played game (besides pokemon of course!), it's completely original in its concept, the design for both the puzzles and the creatures themselves are amazing, and the score is to die for. Honestly, I just had a playlist of all the songs playing for me while drawing it, suuuuch good motivation. In the immortal words of Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw, "It's just DAMN GOOD DAMN DAMN GOOD GOOD DAMN DAMN GOOD DAMN DAMN...GOOD." PLAY THIS GAME, I IMPLORE YOU.

It features Gwen's Lilligant, Belladonna, applying a little energy-ball acupuncture to the glow-y weak-spot on Kinshayti's Tyranitar, Danté. If you look closely at the bottom left corner, you can see the other pairs of pokemon going at it through the sand-stream! :'D
